INGREDIENTS

MAGNESIUM: Per one capsule - Magnesium Glycinate 400mg, Oleoresin Black Pepper 15mg, Vitamin B6 2.3mg. 120 capsules = 63g net weight.

Magnesium glycinate (or bisglycinate) is highly bioavailable, gentle on the stomach, and good for relaxation, sleep, and muscle recovery.

CBD oil 20%

DIRECTIONS

Magnesium: use 1-2 capsules after meal up to 2 times per day. Ideally before bedtime.

CBD oil: use 10–20 drops of oil per time up to two times daily, preferably in the evening or after physical activity. Recommended before bedtime. Apply to the desired area of the body.
